John Moody made the front page of Badzine - a top on line badminton magazine - for his shorts at the All Englands - for the article on badzine click here

John NZ's no.1 is currently ranked in the world and hoping to  qualify for the Olympics in Beijing later this year.   And later in May he will be heading away with the NZ team for the Thomas Cup - as No.1 man in the singles he will be sure to be playing some tough matches.

Best Wishes to him but in the meantime it is good to see him doing his best to get NZ on the front pages

TRISH'S 20/20

No she hasn't entered a new cricket competition but Trish Gubb - winner of last year's Auckland Court Official Award is one of Auckland's and NZ's leading court officials - does now have better than 20/20 vision

Thanks to laser surgery from the Eye Institute Trish can see amazingly well and able to read small words at a distance.  She said the surgery did not take long and the very next day she could hardly feel any effects whatsoever.
